-Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. -Ensure that air vehicles are completed and pass certification for airworthiness by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, preflight and postflight checks, release for flight, and preparation for delivery. -Interface with flight crews, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance. -Develop and execute project and process plans; implement policies and procedures; set operational goals. -Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements. -Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. -Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. -Manage, develop, and motivate employees.
- Responsible to perform production installations, maintenance, preventative maintenance and alterations on aircraft structure, systems and sub-systems, including electrical and avionics on standard or experimental certificated aircraft. - Troubleshoot, inspect, test, repair, service aircraft and engine systems to prepare aircraft for flight. - Initiate and document any nonconforming materials, hardware, software, tools, parts, assemblies, or portions thereof, according to specifications, processes, and procedures. - Perform Aviation Maintenance Technician Inspection tasks in order to obtain and maintain knowledge, skills and required certifications. - Perform audit/surveillance of all manufacturing and quality assurance processes, according to specifications, processes, and procedures. - Perform Quality functions such as: Customer/FAA Coordination, Configuration Change Verification, Conformity Inspections, Airworthiness Inspections (including Pre-flight and Post-flights), Corrective Action and Investigations.
- Performed service check, Routine check, CIC check, star check, Preflight check, Post flight check and troubleshooting with all necessary part removal and Installation in accordance with Embraer ERJ145 Manuals as a Line Maintenance at International Dulles Airport (IAD)
- Engineering station setup at Shiraz according to the QCAA and GCAA regulation. - setup the station with capability of supporting airbus 320F. - Meet the all requirement for LRU parts replacement. - Prepared plans and layouts for equipment or system arrangements and space allocation. - Analyzed departmental space requirements and created specialized text/graphic output for use in annual budgeting. - Prepared specifications of electrical systems and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conformed to standards and QCAA requirements. - Saved 8% on supply costs by working closely with suppliers to ensure that all components met department quality standards. - Encouraging Other Airline to be a technical customer of Qatar Airways by increasing station performance and store quality.
- Examine and inspect aircraft components, including landing gear, hydraulic systems, and deicers to locate cracks, breaks, leaks, or other problems. - Conduct routine and special inspections as required by regulations. - Inspect completed work to certify that maintenance meets standards and that aircraft are ready for operation. - Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. - Maintain repair logs, documenting all preventive and corrective aircraft maintenance. - Authorized to release to service of Airbus 320 family as a B1 engineer by Qatar Airways QA Dept.
- Line Maintenance Supervisor on Airbus 300-600/310/320F - Working As a Flight mechanic on Airbus 300-600/310/320F for 5 years which was included troubleshooting on Avionic and Mechanic sides, Release to service of Aircraft and doing all necessary LRUs and Etc. - Played key role in designing facilities and equipment that resulted in high performance at all weather conditions. - Experience at line and base maintenance on Airbus A300/300-600/310/320 fleet including A checks and C checks. - Troubleshooting on : Hydraulic systems, Air conditioning systems, Pneumatic Systems, Electrics and Electronics Systems. - Flight control tasks such as : Aileron (Removal/Installation, Rigging), Flap (Removal/Installation, Rigging), Slat (Removal/Installation, Rigging), Rudder Rigging, Flight Control systems Ops. Air Condition Tasks Such as : Air Conditioning Component Replacement. - Hydraulic Tasks such as : Hydraulic component Replacement, Hydraulic Mule Ops, Hydraulic System Ops, Leak Measurement. - Brake Rider/Aircraft Towing. - Engine Tasks such as : Wing/Tail Engine Change Procedures, Poweplant Removal/Installation, Dry & Wet Motoring, Engine Component Replacement, Fire bottle replacement. - Cockpit window/windshield Replacement. - Landing Gear Tasks such as : Landing gear Change Nose-Main, Landing Gear Ops Check and Nose wheel steering Rigging, Landing Gear Service, Aircraft Jacking, Tire/Brake change. - APU Tasks such as : APU Servicing, APU Removal/Installation, APU Component Replacement, APU Ops, APU Fire Bottle Replacement. - Experience with mechanical fabrication and basic machining skills. - Advance knowledge of Electrics and electronics theory, electrical circuitry, electronic and electrical testing, troubleshooting and reading the schematics drawings, wiring diagrams and blue prints. - Avionic shop Technician: Experience with harness/cable assembly and repair, hardware and electronic assembly work, circuit board and harness assembly.
