Having grown up playing in the Colorado mountains, I bring a lifelong passion for the outdoors to my role as Founder and CEO of SNÖBAHN. We dreamed up SNÖBAHN with the mission to provide first-class venues, and an outstanding experience, that leads to healthier and more active communities. Mission :: Building Active Communities At SNÖBAHN, we're on a mission to overcome the traditional obstacles of skiing, snowboarding, and action sports. Our vision is to make learning and participating in these activities convenient, safe, effective, and efficient, right in your own backyard. Bridging the Gap to the Outdoors :: Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, I learned the value of an active lifestyle outdoors. It leads to a lifetime of cherished moments shared with loved ones. SNÖBAHN offers a safe, fun, efficient, and affordable way to dive into adventure sports, making the learning process less daunting, time-consuming, and costly. Enhancing Traditional Experiences :: As a Colorado resident who grew up playing in the mountains and attended the University of Colorado (Sko Buffs!) I understand how rad our outdoor culture is in Colorado. SNÖBAHN doesn't aim to compete with mountain resorts or replace conventional methods of skiing, snowboarding, and action sports. Instead, we strive to enhance those experiences for our valued customers, inspiring people to get out more and enjoy what Colorado has to offer! Motivating the Next Generation :: With three kids of my own, I'm passionate about cultivating and inspiring the next generation of skiers, snowboarders, and action sports athletes. Foster current customer relationships and target strategic retail expansion opportunities. Create and implement print and online marketing initiatives. Administer routine SEO activities. Coordinate with design team to develop and deliver new products to market.
Manage all aspects of business development and operations, including: strategy and brand creation, entity formation, website and product design and development, brand and product positioning, sales and fulfillment. Aggregate and analyze market and competitive research. Compile related organic and paid keyword to understand market depth and search engine optimization possibilities. Manage ongoing search engine marketing and optimization program for company.
Manage all aspects of business operations, including: cash management, financial oversight, sales, marketing, public relations, investor relations, personnel, shipping, ecommerce. Work closely with Chief Executive Officer on strategic business planning. Review debt obligations, inventory purchasing, direct and retail sales, and cash flow forecasting.
Commercial real estate sales, syndication and investment. In addition to management responsibilities as Vice President and Principal of an accomplished mid-size real estate investment firm, I was responsible for structuring more than $75 million in syndicated investment acquisitions across the country. Managed all stages of investment execution including due diligence, financial modeling, acquisition structuring, negotiation of debt instruments, equity sales, and transactional closing procedures. Asset management responsibilities included risk management and creation and implementation of value maximizing operating strategies in order to optimize overall returns to investors.
