As Head of Ecosystem at SignalFire ($3B, AI-native VC), I'm a bridge between the handshake and the outcome, managing 200+ relationships across founders, mentors, and partners, contributing to $XXXM in total contract value, and driving $XXXK+ in operational savings across the portfolio. I've brokered partnerships with OpenAI, Anthropic, and dozens of operators who actually move the needle. Before SignalFire: I built Community and BD functions at CapitalG ($11B Growth Stage VC) and Google from zero. No playbook. No template. Just instinct and execution. I’m an exited beauty/ consumer founder and beyond the day job: I sit on the board of Colorwave, chair the Alumni of Color Council at Wesleyan, and chair the National Alumni Council for A Better Chance. I'm especially focused on making venture more accessible to underrepresented founders.
