Steve works for Riveron, focusing on offering white glove services at the intersection of investor relations, ESG, and capital markets. Steve works with Boards, CEOs, CFOs, IROs, GCs, and other C-Suite members to develop informed shareholder engagement strategies, maximize corporate valuation, and manage corporate risk. This spans key corporate events including IPOs, SPACs, capital markets days, shareholder activism, executive transitions, M&A, bankruptcies, restructurings, and more. Steve also sits on the board of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) DC-area chapter.
