Handling Consumer Finance Department Location Kalyan to Badlapur Area for CD product Managing CD and DPL business through teams at specific Dealer’s counter in the assigned area or region. Achieve consumer durable and digital Product finance volume and other cross sell products target by managing various relationship assigned, including authorized dealers of various types which may include large format stores. Development of team of DST and deploy them to achieve the business & cross sell goals of individual & team. Recruit and train sales team for sourcing business dealer counters. Responsible for dealer network relationship and expansion. Handle dealer recruitments and complaints and co-ordinate with the support teams to resolve complaints. Managing a team of Sales Officers/Senior Sales Officers. Managing 20+ team sizes. Provide direction, motivation, training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance. Responsible to track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters
