I was engaged in various projects of NABARD-JIVA Project (Natural Farming), Watershed Project, LEDP Project, Azim Premji Foundation & Axis Bank Foundation Project for the empowerment of tribal households. Roles & Responsibilities: • Developed implementation plan, and devised robust tools for monitoring and evaluation of the project. • Handle the all-documentation work and reporting of the project to the funding agencies. • Co-ordinating with funding agencies and guide to the implementation team for effective programme delivery. • Ensured program implementation, drove continuous improvement, and facilitated impactful community engagement. • Coordinated with anchors, communicated effectively, and adopted strategies for local contexts • Concept note & proposal writing for the funding agencies. • Worked on the capacity building of the community as well as the field team. • Wrote the annual reports of the organization and other documentation.

NABARD All India Financial Inclusion Survey 2.0 (NAFIS-2.0) Role & Responsibilities: • Developed research implementation plan, recruitment of field research staff including supervisors & Enhanced research documentation with effective line work. • Monitoring and evaluation of the projects, ensuring effectiveness in tracking progress and assessing outcomes. • Advocacy with State, District, & Local officials with reference to projects assigned by the organization. • Team management and regular health checks in the project line areas.
I did my independent research study with the organization on a project ‘Non-farm income diversification in tribal households in PESA villages in the Nashik district of Maharashtra.’It was a research study to understand, what are the income sources of the tribal households, at different times during the year? (Cultivation, Agri-labor, Farm-allied, and Non-Farm), Identifying characteristics of individuals who can get non-farm work and how these are different from those who don’t. (Education, landholding, large family, migrants in family, etc.) and Identifing challenges in getting non-farm work throughout the year. At the end of the research study, I presented the research study at the Field Project Fair at Azim Premji University. I had produced a report which was submitted to Azim Premji University and to the organization.
The Project I worked on the 'Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana' (PM-JAY), made a qualitative research questionnaire, conducted telephonic interviews and data collection on PM-JAY and data analysis, and wrote a report for SAHAYOG.
