Meubles Navez is a family business existing since 1932. We mainly sell furniture. In 2015, the company took a completely new start. I have been part of this new launching. We reviewed the strategy and the concept of the store. I took part in selecting new products, in meetings and negotiation with our suppliers. At the moment, I keep an eye on how the business is running and I'm involved in the marketing actions that we take. Website: http://www.navezlespritdemeure.com/

My tasks were diverse. I had the chance to witness the reality of a fast-moving and growing company. My mission was to support them in their daily activities. This included helping them in operational tasks but also reflecting on strategy. That required high adaptability and autonomy. Website: https://zendodrinks.be

I designed and implemented the whole structure of this new department and defined its functioning. I oversaw 8 people and together we succeeded in ensuring the project pipeline refillment. I defined the new strategy and clarified the target market. The department was divided into 4 poles with different goals: ►SALES Acquisition of new customers and maintaining of the relationship with existing clients. ►CUSTOMER SUPPORT One of our duties was to make sure that each project reaches the same high quality standards and that we bring long-term value to our customers. In that way, each member of the department had several projects to follow and had to defined the milestones conjointly with the project managers of the business units. Then, each member took the role of a quality controller. ►VISIBILITY Increase the awareness of the junior enterprises towards the professional world through the press, LinkedIn, our website,... ►INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS Extend our relationships with the junior enterprises across the world and collaborate on projects together. SOME OF OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS - We have renewed the sources of projects in order to keep the sales pipeline full. - We have enlarged our customer base by working with some multinationals such as L’Oreal which has brought recognition to the quality of our services. - Many partnerships have been signed with reputable junior enterprises including the best JE's in Italy, France and Switzerland. - We have set the basis to create a strong exchange of knowledge and best practices with these junior enterprises. One summit is currently in preparation. - I was part of the board of managers who were responsible for the day to day management of the JE and to make sure that the defined strategy is followed. - Position and maintain LSM Conseil as one of the leading Junior Enterprises in Europe. In conclusion, I have achieved numerous tasks that required transversal skills and I have learned a lot in terms of hard and soft skills.
