Responsible for the exploration of contracts and licenses and termination of non-value contracts, communication with suppliers and stakeholders and the substantiation of the business case. Business Process Improvement (Insurance company): analysing call reasons and providing improvements on customer services processes, cost reduction and website optimisation. Sacha was responsible for qualitative and quantitative data analysis and providing project support (PMO). Customer Management Proposition (Financial Services): understanding customer behavior and revealing clues how to best engage them (Big Data / 360 degree customer profile / contact center optimization / self service / multi channel knowledge management).
