My role as Design Project Manager includes planning, scheduling, prioritizing, allocating resources, and driving product development projects through the entire product development lifecycle. My main responsibilities are to: - Manage design projects including establishing timelines to completing milestone utilizing project management software - Assess project development risks and resource requirements - Maintain project dashboard to communicate status of department projects - Ensure that project schedules are met, monitoring and tracking the progress and performance against plan - Forecasts costs, process POs, and update financials
My main role in the P&G team was to coordinate several projects of packaging design. Active in the Greater Europe, Indian and MEA markets, my main project management responsibilities were to: - Coordinate activities of multiple internal and external parties involved in the packaging design process (i.e. vendors, agencies, designers, suppliers, printers, manufacturers, etc.) - Track project budget and timelines and regularly communicate project status updates and needs to all pertinent parties - Analyze project related problems or issues, research information and resources, and suggest workable solutions - Serve as main point of contact to ensure the smooth execution of the packaging design program - Ensure the final product meets the approved design specifications and the design marketing strategy is implemented in a timely and effective manner - Perform daily administrative tasks related to the packaging design process
My role at Nestlé Nespresso SA was to develop corporate campaign and coordinate the production of print deliverable according global strategies, on time and within budget to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising standards: - Print marketing campaign coordination - Briefing and supervising external agencies and studios - Project planning, budgeting and follow-up - Suppliers management and offers negotiation - Production and delivery follow-up - Administrative management
