Ran small animal MRI brain scans and assists with developing protocols; certified Bruker superuser. Processed neuroimages from image generation to registration, ML-based brain extraction, & statistical analysis. Led team of students to generate an in vivo MRI mouse brain and to develop an automatic brain extraction tool. Utilized deep learning neural networks for image analysis tasks.
