Started from body parts release phase here. Mainly responsible for complete vehicle tightness related topics. 1. During development,by checking CAD data, tightness issue detection, root cause analysis, solution proposal, track issue and ECRs until implemented with detailed in body/ D&C/EXT/INT/ELE/HVAC/CHA/E-drive/EP modules 2. Specifically reponsible for technical requirement and setting design scheme of body expandable baffles/plugs/patches/adhesive/PVC sealant/body sealer. 3. Body connections and joints tightness target setting and issues solve 4. CV Parts/Sub-assembly/assembly tooling release approval 5. ECRs approval 6. Optimize VTS and cost reduction proposal 7. Tests executation and issues analysis and solution given , push and track to implemented 8. Pilot build launch support in body connection, gaps and adhesive issues resolve
