Promotion to senior level
- Recruitment of IT and engineering experts - Active research, identification, and approach of potential candidates - Creation of requirement profiles and job advertisements - Independent management of all recruitment channels up to the point of hiring - Conducting telephone interviews - Support in planning, organizing, and administering various HR topics
- Support in recruiting trainees, interns, dual-study students, and apprentices - Independent preparation and execution of assessment days - Preparation and participation in job interviews - Operational support and point of contact for all junior talents - Independent applicant management and point of contact for applicants - Execution of own projects (e.g. organisation of a networking event for interns)
