Strong knowledge base and experience with talent management processes, including high potential talent assessment, succession planning and performance management. Demonstrated experience with group facilitation and training including leadership development, coaching and mentoring. Working knowledge and experience with all HR functions and practices including recruitment, selection/ promotion, international mobility, compensation, learning and development and HR policy development. Working knowledge of regulations that impact business effectiveness and success. Experience in developing initiatives across multiple sites/locations with demonstrated success in facilitating program implementation and change management processes. Ability to understand the business at a regional and global level and apply practical planning processes common forecasting and planning models to the organization's workforce. Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills. Experience and confidence to work with and provide expert advice at senior/executive level. Develop a relationship with every graduate and ensure an understanding of where they are at and how you can assist them. Maintain constant communication with the graduates, keeping a record of current issues and facilitating resolutions. Develop a relationship with all graduate supervisors and track performance of each graduate. Support supervisors in the performance management process and any discussions that take place as requested. Develop and coordinate the graduate mentoring program. Identify suitable mentors, match them with graduates if required and facilitate training for mentors and graduates. Review the mentoring program and make improvements. Coordinate and undertake the biannual review process for all graduates. Maintain records of these discussions using appropriate forms. Liaise, support and work with the Graduate Development Organisation. Attend career shows and organise internal graduate forums.
- Support the Learning & Organizational Development (L&D) function for Workforce Planning and project teams. - Facilitate company induction programs and ensure smooth onboarding processes. - Coordinate training course bookings and maintain accurate L&D records. - Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on L&D activities for management. - Maintain organized filing systems and contribute to HR administrative procedures as required. - Act as the first point of contact for L&D inquiries and provide timely assistance. - Continuously improve administrative systems and processes for efficiency. - Ensure all learning and development programs comply with HSE standards and company policies. - Manage and monitor the L&D budget effectively. - Serve as the central contact for the Graduate Development Organization (GDO). - Record and report on L&D activities for Oman and other locations. - Communicate L&D initiatives internally to relevant stakeholders. - Accompany the L&D Manager to meetings when required. - Act as the focal point for external suppliers, including colleges, universities, and training providers. - Oversee logistics for training events and maintain both the Training Calendar and Academic Events Calendar. - Provide full administrative support for Professional Engineering Institutions and the L&D Manager across projects. - Project manage graduate recruitment events and related activities.
