Born in the Netherlands and raised in the Dutch Antilles, I grew up between cultures — something that naturally shaped both my personal and professional path. After discovering Barcelona during an art school trip and developing a strong appreciation for culture, creativity, and environment, I spent over fifteen years working in the cultural sector, organising exhibitions, events, and publications internationally. Bringing people and ideas together has always been a constant in my career. Twelve years ago, I made Catalunya my home. Over the past eight years, I transitioned into recruitment and built experience across BPO, in-house, RPO, agency, and freelance environments. Today, I specialize in full-cycle recruitment for multilingual talent across Europe, with a strong focus on Dutch-speaking roles. I’m known for strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies.
