My motto: be eager to find the answer to any question, you’re never to old to learn! My experience of more than 30 years in Sales and Operational Management, Customer Service, Inspection Services + Consultancy and logistics, gave me a broad perspective in client expectations, wants & needs. My highest priority in my career has been, is and always will be customer satisfaction. To understand a customer request I will listen attentively to their specific demand and situation to find the best possible solution. Never losing sight of any (safety) risk involved, specific procedures, applicable INTL, EU, BE and local laws and regulations. Out of personal interest, I follow new innovations in techniques and industrial products and the associated legislation and standards.
