• Full Cycle Recruiter & Talent Advisor for the Bio-Analytical Department • Work in partnership with business leaders to help support operational needs • Successfully meet hiring goals and deadlines as needed by hiring managers • Create and manage job postings on applicant tracking system, Brass Ring • Track and monitor confidential candidate information via Brass Ring (ATS) • Coordinate with Sourcing Specialists to increase the pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions • Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to schedule onsite interviews and onboard new hires • Utilize job boards and social media platforms to attract and attain top talent • Review and evaluate internal, external, and referral candidates to screen for phone interviews • Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings, conference calls, and job launch calls with management and recruiting support team to discuss operational needs and marketing data
• Greeted all passengers and assisted with ticketing at the ticket counter • Checked in first class, business class, international, and domestic passengers • Checked in LEO, FBI, and Air Marshall Agents with the appropriate paperwork • Issued boarding passes and security passes • Sold one-way and round-trip tickets • Checked in and activated bag tags • Assigned seats and ensured passengers seated in exit rows were willing and able to assist • Rerouted and rebooked passengers due to delays, mechanical, and weather related issues • Issued meal and hotel vouchers due to flights being cancelled • Ensured that all FAA, Company, and Airport policies and regulations were being followed and met • Closed out daily cash and credit card transactions at the end of every shift
