Lead the Product strategy and roadmap for Citrix's Zero Trust Access portfolio of products. This portfolio has been instrumental in improving customer satisfaction and resulted in ~20-50% uplift during renewals. • Launched the WAF for AAA/Gateway feature that helped secure and protect all Citrix deployments against vulnerabilities, including 0-day vulnerabilities. ~40% adoption within 6-months across Enterprise Customers and Partners • Drive the Platform Security offering for NetScaler line of products that offer WAF, Bot Protection, UEBA, API Security and URL filtering capabilities. Widespread adoption in the BFSI segment with customers (>50 large enterprise customers) providing positive feedback on how they are able to detect and block malicious users and botnets • Drive the VPN to ZTNA motion with Citrix Secure Private Access solution. Worked with field teams across multiple PoCs and converting them to pilot / production deployments (>6 across 6 months) winning against competition from MS Entra, ZScaler and Netskope
I was the first product management hire for the Scout Platform. Scout helps organizations discover and understand how work gets done using the ‘workgraph’. The workgraph powers multiple use cases including hyper automation, process training, process modelling and change management, application rationalization, increasing throughput, reducing TaT etc. • Grew the Product management org to a team of 5. • Evolved the product from a monolithic architecture to a multitenant SaaS architecture (New deployments and upgrades got accomplished within hours as opposed to multiple weeks earlier) • Scaled the product to support 1000s of users per instance (from a few hundred earlier) • Reduced the time to first value for the customers from a few weeks to ~2 days leveraging ML algorithms • Drove the security roadmap for the entire product line and also worked with vendors for penetration testing of the product, SoC 2 and ISO certification, SAST, DAST, SCA etc. This helped in the objection handling during customer pitch and helped win multiple deals • Analyst briefings including HFS, Forrester, Nelson Hall, IDC etc. which resulted in Scout being listed as a leader in multiple segments of process discovery and task mining • Expanded from ~25 to 150+ customers, driving revenue growth
