I build learning systems that come alive - systems where teachers grow, schools evolve, and learning becomes human again. Over the past decade, I’ve helped transform 1,200+ schools, trained more than 2,000 teachers, and improved learning experiences for over 250,000 students across Asia and the U.S. My work sits at the intersection of education, innovation, and empathy, turning ideas into systems that last. I began my journey leading projects for organizations like UNESCO, USAID, and UNHCR, managing large-scale whole school improvement initiatives that reshaped how schools operate. Later, as Head of School at Message Grammar School, I led a digital transformation during the pandemic, improving teacher retention, higher enrollment and raising the standard of teaching and learining through smarter learning systems. 🎓 Education: M.S.Ed., Educational Entrepreneurship: University of Pennsylvania MBA: LUMS Doctorate in Management - Education (in progress) If you’re building schools, teacher training programs, or education ventures that believe in both structure and soul, I’d love to connect.
