- Leading a 6 member ATE Silicon Validation team in silicon qualification, validation, characterization and debug of DDR IP Products - Successfully validated 3 generations of DDR IP family of products, including DDR4,DDR5,LPDDR4, LPDDR5/5x – Validating reliability of IP by characterization, ensuring compliance to JEDEC standards and tests such as HBM, CDM, Latch-up and HTOL - Specify and supervise the design of high-speed multi-layer PCBA ATE Load boards and burn-in DUT PCBAs - Provide guidance and debug customer issues in developing their ATE production tests (Test Hardware/Firmware) - Leading collaborative test approach with multiple teams (architecture, design, circuit, firmware, simulation), tracking test execution to make sure all features are validated and optimized on time - Lead the development of in-house data processing tools and lab instruments automation (python based), enabling faster validation. - Mentoring and support validation team of 18 team members to resolve issues and grow technically - Defining test requirements and methodologies to validate silicon under test against target specifications
