Ich arbeite als Transformation Lead und begleite Unternehmen dabei, ihre Geschäftsmodelle nachhaltig und zukunftsfähig auszurichten. Mir ist wichtig, Wandel nicht schönzureden: Er braucht heute Tempo, klare Prioritäten und gelegentlich auch radikale Entscheidungen. Genau dort setzt meine Arbeit an. In meinem Team mit rund 20 Berater:innen für Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und Produktentwicklung unterstützen wir Unternehmen – vom Start-up bis zum DAX-Konzern – von der strategischen Grundlage bis zur Umsetzung im Alltag. Worum es inhaltlich geht: Die nachhaltige Transformation ist für viele Unternehmen die größte Baustelle unserer Zeit. Wir helfen dabei, Struktur in diese Komplexität zu bringen und das „Grubengold“ zu heben – also die Hebel, die wirklich Wirkung erzeugen. Meine Schwerpunkte: • Nachhaltigkeit: Entwicklung tragfähiger Strategien, Impactanalysen, Berichte und CO₂-Bilanzen. • Innovation: Aufbau von Rahmenwerken, Markt- und Kundenanalysen, Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen. • Umsetzung: Entwicklung von Prototypen und MVPs, die schnell zeigen, ob eine Idee trägt – mit Methoden wie SCRUM, Design Thinking und Lean Startup. Erfahrung: Ich habe zwei der größten Transformationen in der deutschen Energiewirtschaft begleitet. Mein Fokus lag dort weniger auf Präsentationen und mehr auf der Frage: Wie bringen wir Konzepte in die Umsetzung, sodass sie messbare Ergebnisse liefern? ENGLISH VERSION: I work as a Transformation Lead, supporting companies in aligning their business models for a sustainable and future-proof direction. For me, it’s important not to sugarcoat change: it requires speed, clear priorities, and sometimes radical decisions. That’s exactly where my work begins. Together with a team of around 20 consultants in sustainability, innovation, and product development, we support companies of all sizes – from start-ups to DAX-listed corporations – from strategy development to hands-on implementation. What my work is about: Sustainable transformation is one of the biggest challenges companies face today. We help bring structure into this complexity and uncover the “Grubengold” – the levers that actually create impact. My focus areas: • Sustainability: Developing robust strategies, impact analyses, reports, and CO₂ balances. • Innovation: Building frameworks, conducting market and customer analyses, and shaping business model transformation. • Implementation: Developing prototypes and MVPs that quickly show whether an idea works – using methods such as SCRUM, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup.
