- Managing the entire cycle of the recruitment process: consulting with Hiring Managers on vacancies, creating job ads, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, checking references and extending job offers. - Cooperating with Hiring Managers to obtain a clear understanding of the needs for an open position. - Sourcing and recruiting IT talents with broad focus: .NET, Java, JavaScript, PHP, iOS, SQL and BI developers, DevOps, QA. - Proactively sourced candidates through internal and external HR databases, Linkedin, job posting, job fairs. - Organized internships.
At Convicts counseling center I was working on: - Recruiting, training, supervising and retaining volunteers. While I was working we reached the number of 11 volunteers who were specializing in the fields of law, psychology and therapy. - Coordinating assignments for volunteers and managing their work. - Organizing team buildings and other events in center. - Creating and publishing relevant information on the Facebook page. - Counselling and the resettlement advises to ex-prisoners. The main aim is to prepare people for life outside of prison and to help them integrate into society by living on their own.
I was responsible for individual work with homeless people: supporting people with their integration plan and guiding them through the process.
