• Risk identification, quantification and mitigation processes throughout the entity • Performing 2nd line of defense activities in relation to key operational risk framework requirements • Information risk reporting (Ensuring coordination between business units and the Group) • Regular Group reporting of financial risk • Operational loss events monitoring and analyzing to prevent future losses • Supporting business units proactively with their internal control activities in evaluating the effectiveness of controls • Supporting improvement of the risk aware culture within the company
