I am a passionate leader and goal-oriented manager. My heart beats for an exceptional customer experience. This is only possible with a motivated, individual and authentic sales team. A valuable method on the way to achieving this is, in my view, that of Train-The-Trainer. Increasing the self-efficacy of employees and teams means a lot to me! The training and further education of managers describes one of my core competencies. From the membership of the assessment center for recruiting external applicants for the position of store manager, to the development of the concept "store coach", to the training of a district manager are part of my experience. My skills in operational management include managing large districts up to 36 stores with a total of 300 employees and organizing remodels and new store openings of various formats and sizes. A highlight for me as an area manager was the introduction and co-development of quality management, which included all the key success factors of a retail chain such as leadership, customer experience, visual merchandising and inventory management. Responsible for 10 standalone street- and center-stores. Planning and reopening of the concept store at the top location in Munich Neuhauser Straße. Recruiting and management of the store managers. Controlling, development and implementation of visual merchandising. Further development of the selling behaviours and customer experience KPI controlling and reporting. Audit and inventory control.
Operational management of 35 stores of the 3 chain stores Foot Locker, Sidestep and Runners Point. Further development of store managers according to the train-the-trainer method. Development of a strong backup plan to ensure the store staffing and the possibility of further development of perspective candidates - future players. Operational organization of remodels and new openings in all 3 banners. Strong focus on increasing the conversion rate and initiating the action for it.
