Management of all aspects of the site installation process, including programme management, logistics management, cost management, the production and maintenance of site records (including all requisite Quality Assurance documentation), the supervision of the Employer`s site personnel (both direct employe´s and subcontractors) and the establishment and maintenance of an effective document control system. The effective co-ordination of the Employer´s site works with client organizations and with the Employe´s Group Companies via meetings, correspondence and other such communication channels. The management of all associated Health & Safety issues, in close liaison with the Employer´s senior management and appointed safety consultants. Development of processes and methods to guarantee hitch free production and creation of installation system. Installation of a warning system that recognizes delays in production and installation recognized so that the project could be delivered in the agreed time of the project. I managed a team of 500 employs for carrying out the tasks. I gathered a wide range of experience in all areas of façade construction due my 7 years experience as technical supervisor, 10 years as Construction Supervisor / Project Manager and 3 years as Factory Manager.
