Au sein d’Air Liquide nous avons une forte culture de l’amélioration continue. Pour cela je suis impliqué dans les projets d’amélioration menés à la fois par le groupe et par ALBI (ICO - Integrated Cylinder Operations, S&Op, C-IMP...). Dans un rôle de dispatcher coach, je travaille en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes logistiques pour optimiser la qualité des données, l'efficacité et les coûts
In the NEC Cluster (Benelux, UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Russia and Kazakhstan), the Warehouse supplied the spare parts for the AL teams. As a member of this team, I am in charge of the optimization of our stock and our customer service level : 1. Stock and replenishment of the products with the DDMRP method - Stock optimization with buffer - Stock analysis : compare the SAP stock and the physical stock - Replenishment : creation and follow-up of orders - Anticipate and analyze shortages and take actions with suppliers 2. Customer Services - Manage customers' questions on products delivery date / catalogues - Treat and analyze claims - Follows-up on urgent deliveries - Assist customers into finding the right information
Logistic project management : Taking advantage of the future relocation of the warehouse, Willemse France wanted to improve their logistics process. I was the project leader for this new process. During this project, I have : - Write the specification of the futur process - Order analysis in order to categorise the product with the ABC method - Process writing : from the arrival of the supplier's goods to the sending of the parcel to the carrier - Implementation of QR Code on the products in the warehouse (with the suppliers) - Organisation of picking areas, packing storage in the new warehouse using the ABC method - Manage the change with the warehouse team
Project Management : Implementation of a new process for the treatment of Off of Tolerance Weight coils within the Supply Chain department of the customer ArcelorMittal. Background : Within the Customer's Supply Chain department, the process of managing the Off Tolerance Weight coils (known as HTP) is not standardised. Moreover, the perimeters of the various services are not defined. The aim of the project is to standardise the HTP managing process. The stakes of this project are first of all to ensure better customer satisfaction by quickly processing these coils, to initiate a progress approach for the HTPs as well as improving the performance of the service. An HTP coil can either be accepted by the customer or refused, in which case the coil is either sold on promotion or scrapped and production must be restarted from scratch to meet the customer's need. Achievements : - From the production systems, improvement of an HMI allowing the Customer Service to have a list of HTP coils and to propose them to the customers. - Implementation of a tool to detect HTP coils in the SupplyChain reporting tool for the production line programmers - Implementation of a new HTP processing process for the Programming and Customer Service departments (Process redaction, trainings for users) - Implementation of KPI in order to follow the perfomance : average processing time, number of HTPs per week (blocked and unblocked)
Logistic assistant in internship at the Warehouse (3000 SKUs) of the SIT départment of the RATP. During this internship, I have worked on : - Reorganisation of the store (the electronic extra equipment’s stock) - Inventory management of the electronic equipment
Objective : Set up a new tool for the preventive and curative maintenance of our Bulk Trailers. This tool has many usages : - To increase the monitoring and the planification of the maintenances (Legal controls and Preventive maintenance in compliancy with the group policy). - To be able to consult the previous maintenance done (what type of operation, what piece has been changed) - To be a data base for the documentation of the trailers (Legal controls certificates, informations about the trailers like registration number, technical documents, etc...) During this project, I have : - Analyse the previous way of working - Analyse the needs and the improvement possibilities - Set the tool up (data preparation, creation of the trailers in the tool, creation of the maintenance plans) - User trainings : AL team and external partners (carriers and workshops) with user's guides - User acceptance and supporting the change
