  This project consist in establishing a new restaurant in Shanghai. Together is the result of a collaboration between Bina Yu (former chef at Jean Georges in New York and Shanghai), Kim Melvin (The Commune Social by Jason Atherton) and the renowned designers Neri & Hu. As a restaurant manager, my role is primarily to deal with : sourcing suppliers, products and equipment; recruiting and training staff; creating and pricing drinks menu which includes bespoke cocktail list and spirit selection; creating and managing wine list; handling media relation and marketing; creating operational procedures and constantly evaluating possible improvements.
