  Context Adecco launched an initiative to secure its IT: monitoring and hardening of its servers and networks, resetting all passwords and implementing password rules. The five projects required synchronisation and had to comply with strict deadlines (end of May ’17). Program manager – Structuration, management of the program:  Monitoring the project managers (France, Bulgaria, Hungary), staffing increase, reporting to Adecco and DXC management  Interaction with client stakeholders, incl. the CIO  Request follow-up and execution monitoring  Planning and staffing of the preparation and cutover operations (close to 100 employees, essentially in Bulgaria)  Cutover follow-up (45000 users, 1300 service accounts)
