Context Adecco launched an initiative to secure its IT: monitoring and hardening of its servers and networks, resetting all passwords and implementing password rules. The five projects required synchronisation and had to comply with strict deadlines (end of May ’17). Program manager – Structuration, management of the program: Monitoring the project managers (France, Bulgaria, Hungary), staffing increase, reporting to Adecco and DXC management Interaction with client stakeholders, incl. the CIO Request follow-up and execution monitoring Planning and staffing of the preparation and cutover operations (close to 100 employees, essentially in Bulgaria) Cutover follow-up (45000 users, 1300 service accounts)
Context Rehosting Alstom IT – about 200 applications – into HPE’s data center (Virtual Private Cloud & On-Premise) Each application needed to be rediscovered and assessed in order to determine target platform and applicable migration strategy. Head of the application assessment team - Contribution to the assessment and management of a team of up to 8 architects: Team coaching, methodology, management (2 locations in France + Malaysia), forecasting and reporting, mentoring new members Interaction with client’s stakeholders Synchronization with the other HPE teams, incl. the migration factories in Malaysia and India Issue detection and resolution Direct assessment of 10 applications
Application Modernization program (14 applications in scope), in charge of the launch phase • Core Team building: Lead architect, PMO lead, ITO lead • International Team building: resource assignment incl. 10 Project mgrs. And 11 Architects (EMEA, ASIA, USA) • Initiation and implementation of Program management processes • Program reporting to client and communication towards stakeholders • Monitoring of the project launch activities
