In this role, I lead a team of Sustainability Design and Construction professionals across Europe and the UK. Responsible for the organizational strategy and project execution for renewable energy projects across EU and UK and projects that optimize energy consumption within Amazon's current fulfillment center network.
Regional FC Launch Program Manager leading a team launching fulfillment centers across Europe and UK. Primary responsibilities include development of high performing leaders, driving of launch standards across 7 core EU countries in which Amazon is expanding, and execution and tracking of safe, rapid, and effective FC launches. Countries in Scope: UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic I additionally have the honor of leading the Europe chapter of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team within the Global Engineering Services organization. Within this role, my team supports focus on diverse talent attraction, internal and external community engagement, team development, and peer connection.
Program Manager for new Fulfillment Center launches across North America and APAC. Primary responsibilities are to drive design excellence in fulfillment centers from concept to delivery and preparation of Operations teams to enable rapid, effective, and safe site launches. In this role, I had the opportunity to work in the US, Mexico, Canada, Singapore, and Australia and oversaw 20 FC launches and 2 retrofits.
