Built out the Sales Engineer function and lead the team as their manager. The new team increased dollar revenue retention of the direct employer book from below 70% to above 100% from Q1 2025 to Q1 2026 by working as “proactive consultants” delivering white glove solutions to Talroo’s clients. Participated in any ad-hoc executive product initiatives or analytics requests on the operational side of this role.
Worked on the core jobseeker facing search stack and supported Talroo's K8s infrastructure. Stood up several Databricks projects for surfacing and searching end-user job content to employers that I subsequently integrated into Talroo’s core Spring-based Platform API.
Created and delivered insight-driven reports to key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies such as Heineken International, Coca-Cola, and Bank of America off of the back of a professional-grade consumer intelligence platform. Aided the sales process by delivering leave-behind reports to prospective clients. Developed a templating workflow in Python to decrease the turnaround time of sales reports.
Consulted with high school families to uncover interests, achieve academic goals, and construct detailed plans to achieve college aspirations in the pursuit of provding an excellent customer experience and leveling the playing field in college admissions.
Researched market information and identified potential property acquisition targets. Created a property information database for the acquisition pipeline. Partnered with principals to review and connect with target properties.
