Managed six committees in organization and execution of various events for NUS Chemical Engineering students which includes Industrial Talks and Visits, local and overseas community involvement projects as well as welfare events. Liaised with external organisations to provide more opportunities for the student body.
Headed a team of 10 committee members to organize welfare events for the Chemical Engineering student cohort. Communicated with external organisations and successfully acquired both monetary and product sponsorship for our events. Liaised with other NUS student bodies such as the Society of Mechanical Engineers (SME) and Civil Engineering Club, to execute a joint welfare day event.
Project Title: Fully Customizable Drug Tablets for Personalized Medicine (Supervisor: Dr Soh Siow Ling)
Interned at A*STAR Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE) as a research assistant. Contributed to the project, "Preparation of Nano-materials for Environmental Applications".
