I am a product and technology leader with a background in platform architecture, AI product development, program delivery, and enterprise transformation. Over the course of my career, I have led complex digital and IT initiatives across product, infrastructure, operations, and application development, with a strong focus on turning ideas into practical, scalable solutions. I am currently the founder of Nudgeflow, an AI-powered voice training and conversation simulation platform designed to help people improve performance in high-value conversations such as financial advice, job interviews, leadership discussions, sales conversations, and other communication-driven scenarios. At Nudgeflow, I have led the product from concept through design and development, combining scenario creation, client personas, behavioural inputs, adaptive learning modules, simulated conversations, and multi-metric scoring to help users improve how they communicate and present themselves. The platform also includes a management suite for users, organizations, pricing, scenario administration, and continuous product improvement through metrics, feedback loops, and ticket-driven optimization. Built the platform around dynamic scenario design, client persona modelling, behavioural inputs, learning modules, and simulated conversation flows that adapt to different personality types and desired outcomes. Designed the product to help users improve how they present themselves, respond to behavioural cues, and perform in challenging real-world conversations. Led the creation of a full management suite supporting scenario administration, organizational and individual user management, pricing structures, reporting, and continuous improvement workflows. Implemented systems to identify areas for improvement, generate tickets, and track performance trends across individual scenarios and the wider platform to ensure quality improves over time. Worked with behavioural and financial subject matter experts to shape the learning framework, scoring methodology, and user outcomes. Also managed third-party contractors and used AI-assisted development tools to accelerate product delivery and iteration. At Maggie’s Farm, I am spearheading the development of an innovative platform designed specifically for game developers, enabling the integration of player self-expression into their games. This platform replaces traditional skin packs with 'Prompt Packs' that utilize AI to generate personalized game assets.
