Our Scorpio 23’L techno jib boasts a best-in-class telescopic range with the smallest footprint for operating — and easy load-ins to any location imaginable. Following in the footsteps of a generation of Baltons in film and TV, I've spent my entire life behind the camera. I was building jibs before I was building Legos. At Syracuse University, I earned a dual degree in TV/Radio/Film and Policy Studies, and served as general manager of the student TV studio, CitrusTV. Spearheading CitrusTV's facilities expansion project and transition to HD led me to ESPN. I spent several years as a staff jib, Steadicam, robo, and video operator on studio shows such as SportsCenter before freelancing. Giving back to the community is an important part of my life. I'm the fundraising and public relations director on the nonprofit board of directors for Pennsylvania Odyssey of the Mind (OM), a K-12 creative problem-solving STEAM program. I'm a regular volunteer and speaker at my alma maters — both Syracuse University and Delaware Valley High School — and run a scholarship for graduates of the high school newspaper staff. I'm also a 52-time blood donor with the American Red Cross.
