Experienced Industrial Automation & Project management with SOP enhancement.
•Group level position and take in charge with APAC Business Units. •Assist Senior Project Manager and work with APAC Business Units to deploy Group standard solution, enhance WMS & eCommerce system projects. •Assist AS Watson first Automation Enhancement in Taiwan (ASRS, AGV). •Drive & Implement AS Watson first Appointment Automation project in different Asia units (Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), to enhance efficiency and resource allocation. •Drive & Implement KPI report automation in different Asia units (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand), align and clear all differences to standardize KPI calculations. •Assist in Asia units Automation Projects studies (AGV, AMR, GTM) for future implementation in Asia units. •Work close with Group IT for Asia units' Change Requests, UAT and all IT related issues.
•Direct report to Regional Automation Vice President. •To manage first Warehouse Automation Project in Zuellig Pharma. Focusing on Automation spec, requirements, warehouse regulations, Government Audit, IT connections, People arrangement. •Automation Spec Study and process in Automation equipment like conveyors, Robotic arms, four way shuttle spec, to increase efficiency throughput and lower manpower. •Warehouse Regulations Study and process with fire, electricity, height regulations with a new warehouse installation. Specific Automation license needed for warehouse. •Government Audits Study and process in government departments ( Department of Health) audit requirements •IT Connections Study and process with Server Room Design, Server spec, UPS, Cabling distribution, Switch tailor made for an Automated warehouse. •Workforce Arrangement Balance workforce in an automated warehouse, position for manual part in warehouse. •Drafting Request for Proposal with detailed operations process flow, CBM requirements, future development, regulations etc to suppliers. •Handling with on site finance, procurement process, vendor management. •Work with all aspects suppliers for installation scheduling, testing need, commissioning, push all suppliers and parties to catch tight schedule. •Stock transfer arrangements with cost saving method to new warehouse. •SAP, Ariba, Zyllem for management.
•Direct report to ZPHK Chief Executive Officer. •Rotate in different departments for project base upgrade and training. •Principal Services Department To work with Pharmaceutical Companies (GSK, Bayer, Takeda etc) for inventory control and management, meetings for forecasting & strategies planning with Zuellig. Familiar with SAP for inventory management. Participate into projects for user friendly platforms, Goods Receipt. •Automation Warehouse To improve Zuellig Pharma HK first automated warehouse with efficiency and KPI performance. KPI reached 97% comparing with 80% before. Built up a Easy taking logic which increase house keeping efficiency from 90 to 200 pallets per day. •HR Department Assist in Recruitment,performance review format draft. •IT Department Assist in User Manual drafting.
•Direct report to Head of Headquarter Sea Freight Department. •Work in Sea Freight Department for Freight Forwarder business. •Dealing with Shipping companies for Sea Freight and spaces for container shipping. •Analysing in Baltic Dry Index for price contract with shipping companies and customer in monthly basis. •Report to Chief Executive for weekly process of Target and forecasting. •Handling reports from Far East branches with monthly target.
