• Consulted with local software firm for daily administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange and SQL server clusters for production environment. Ongoing development of Cisco ASA rules and VPN tunnels to support production environment. Upkeep of NetApp storage infrastructure including CIFS shares for production purposes, LUNS for internal production servers and moving of disk shelves from old to new filer heads. Installation and maintenance of Hyper-V servers for internal and production use. Continued support of Arcserve and Microsoft DPM backup solutions to secure important data. • Completed migration of numerous Cisco ASA firewalls over to the Checkpoint NG platform. Took one large site and combined six separate firewalls into one large conglomerate firewall. Also worked on Cisco ASA tickets for sites that weren’t converted. • Worked with local financial institution to take care of day to day operations involving Active Directory, SQL Server and NetBackup. Handled server patching to bring servers into PCI compliance. Implemented mail and proxy server rules to block known bad URLs and IP addresses. Generated performance reports from various server farms on a monthly basis. • Consulted at local accounting firm to run operations for cloud clients which included Citrix Xen Server, Xen App, Active Directory, Exchange and Cisco ASA configurations. Fine tuning of internal Active Directory DNS layout. • Placed at local health-related firm to handle day to day administration of VMWare servers, Exchange, Active Directory and Backup Exec functions. Performed IOS upgrades on multiple Cisco ASA firewalls. Also completed Symantec AV upgrade on all servers and desktops.
