• Established Ironclad Developments Inc. in 2014, focusing on national real estate development (luxury multi-family residential complexes) and rapidly expanded the business to include a group of companies with more than seven separate business entities which, in 2019, collectively employed more than 250 employees. • Lead ICD in strategic planning for long-term growth, social responsibility initiatives, operational problem-solving, navigation of complex structures and regulatory issues, major negotiations, labour relations, cost controls, and aggressive company expansion efforts. In March 2020, ICD was recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. • Provide leadership to direct reports including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, VP of Construction Management, VP of Business Development, VP of IT, VP of Human Resources, and General Counsel.
