Son has more than six years of experience in Semiconductor Software Automation Manufacturing especially during startup and technology transfer. He spent most of his time familiar with supporting, documentation and Software Integration mainly support for 45nm and 32nm Chipset technology. With his passion and strong Software technical/project skills, he was able to leading for Intel Vietnam site startup in 2009 and successful transferred and installed all Software application required for new technology into Vietnam.

Defining strategy and recommending solutions,developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Report to the SI Director and be responsible for developing SI solutions. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders including SI Business Analysts, Developers and Testers across the project life cycle. Liaise with Business Analysts to understand the requirements and workflow designs > Develop program specifications and design documents > Develop solutions which meet business requirements and adhere to coding standards > Perform code reviews and tracking via JIRA, Slack, GIT and AWS > Support delivery teams during test and UAT phases fixing any issues > Work independently but aligned to the team’s goals and governance
RPA Technical Consultant to manage initiatives and deliver services that identify, design, and implement creative solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and OCR technologies. Work in identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, developing, and testing Develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Complies with and helps to enforce the stablished RPA governance, design and coding standards, policies and procedures (specifically those related to audit and security) Use Agile methodologies to deliver fast results using team collaboration Reports status, issues and risks to supervisor on a regular basis Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification Deliver technical demos or provide technical advice as requested Support the interview and analysis of current business process and related document
Accountable for deployment, sustaining and drive continues improvement for Test area • Support fast ramp up as business driven • Working with site customer (Module Engineer, Technician, Technical Training) to maximize current system’s capability • Working with Global Working Group to driven software improvement and prevent any unscheduled downtime that impact Factory’s shipment • Deliver training for end-user prior software upgrade and new release
Providing support and troubleshoot for multiple critical Manufacturing applications (Unit data collection System, supporting core Oracle Database 10g and 11g) • Planning and implementing new Application upgrade (E3, SPC++, Unit Traceability …) with latest technology to maintain systems as Intel strives to make every facet of semiconductor manufacturing state-of-the-art. • Delivering 24/7 Application support to cross Intel site (such as Malaysia, China, Costa Rica and the US) with 99.8% uptime. • Modifying and updating technical programs, end user documentation and Standard Operation Procedure documents • Working with core Applications designer team to testing, diagnosing and fixing of errors in Central Application to ensure they perform to specification • Providing advice and expertise in developing strategies for Central Application upgrade (including cost estimation, Servers purchasing, deployment timelines …)
Plans and manages technical projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Providing leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project • Works on problems in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. • Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. NPI is in charge of Factory Startup and Operations System & documentation Readiness (process flow, product build routing, etc.). Lead development & factory cert key learning mapping and risk mitigation / solutions. • Working with Intel Chengdu IT team for applications requirements to support new Products (including: training plans for IT engineer, Application deployments timeframe for Vietnam) • Providing support for Application designer team by performing data analysis, gather system requirements, and perform Software integration part.
Implement, install and provide 24/7 support for Station Controller application • Delivered Station Controllers application training for end-user • Involved in testing, debugging and errors fixing for Station Controller applications with core Developer team to meet quality standards. • Involved in Station Controller Applications continuous improvement process (CIPs) . Training and supported for Intel Kulim High Volume Manufacturing (24/7) with 45nm products (Chipset) and multiple client modules in Semiconductor process.
