I'm an attorney practicing in the area of complex employee benefits litigation, with a focus on fiduciary duty and prohibited transaction class actions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). A partner in the Washington, DC office of Bailey & Glasser LLP, I have twenty years of experience as an ERISA litigator. Previously, I practiced ERISA litigation while of counsel at Steptoe & Johnson LLP. My employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) litigation on behalf of plaintiffs-plan participants includes Brundle v. Wilmington Tr., N.A., 919 F.3d 763 (4th Cir. 2019); Allen v. GreatBanc Tr. Co., 835 F.3d 670 (7th Cir. 2016); Arnold v. Paredes, 714 F. Supp. 3d 962 (M.D. Tenn. Jan. 31, 2024); Laidig v. My team and I helped define the law under the FAA and ERISA recognizing participant rights to seek plan-wide relief and oppose forced arbitration without agreement: Cedeno v. Sasson, 100 F.4th 386 (2d Cir. 2024); Henry v. Wilmington Tr. NA, 72 F.4th 499 (3d Cir. 2023); Lysengen v. Argent Tr. Co., 2023 WL 5158078 (C.D. Ill. Aug. 11, 2023); Coleman v.
