By staying closely connected to European market developments, policy changes, and emerging trends through participation in industry working groups and forums, I help shape tailored solutions that address complex customer needs. In addition to customer success and strategic account management, I support commercial growth through identifying new opportunities, expanding service offerings, and developing long-term partnerships. I work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative outcomes and strengthen Energy Exemplar’s position as a trusted partner in the European energy sector.
