I am a highly passionate and driven individual with a strong belief in hard work. I have dreamt about property development and all it entails since the age of 10, hoping to one day improve the living conditions of poorer South Africans. My dream has evolved to master multiple realms of construction and development, with the end goal of developing both functional and attractive properties. In this pursuit, I decided to study Civil Engineering to learn how to build the necessary services and structures required to make my dreams happen and have furthered this endeavour by learning how to integrate design and construction with a Postgraduate Degree in BIM. I have also delved into the residential property market with 7 months working for and learning from the global Engel & Völkers, where I became the team “closer”. Over the years I have dipped my toe into conceptual developments, with particular focus on entering the 'My Clean Green Home' competition from GBCSA (see humanspace.co.za). I enjoy developing new systems for businesses to become more successful and creating unique ideas to better people’s lives, currently focused on recruitment with hireup.pro. I am in the process of completing a cook-book series I have been working on for a few years, as I have a massive passion for food: (follow Insta: rhinos_belly)! I am constantly working towards my dream of becoming a property developer and want to improve human interaction with their environment.
