As AGM of one of 'Ashton Lanes' busiest venues I am responsible for the day to running of the business along side the General Manager. Duties Include; - Ensuring the venue meets all compliance requirements & delivers against our KPI's - Running a large team - Work alongside brand operators/managers to deliver events and promote products when necessary - Improve sales growth.
Represent the exciting independent spirit company 'Arbikie Highland Estate' in Glasgow. Duties included; - Expanding the business within Glasgow by speaking to groups/bar operators and support them. - Staff training - Branded Events - Trade shows.
As Bar Manager I was responsible for the effective day to day running of the bar and all of its operations including; - Staff hiring/training - Representing the venue in a number of events/competitions - Hold regular tastings - ensuring all targets and KPI's were met.
