Leading engineering teams within the Global Cloud Services organization, building and scaling our orchestration/discovery services that facilitate automations in the ServiceNow Cloud. Responsible for driving best practices through solution designs, code reviews, and team mentorship.

SafeSkies is solving commercial drone safety with a smart high-speed recovery system. This not only enables BVLOS operation and meets FAA regs but reduces liability and protects high value vehicle and payload assets.
Led design and implementation of new client entitlement system, bringing site in compliance with US Government Cross Border regulations. Introduced team to RESTful web services, replacing SOAP-based implementations. Initiated and carried out redesign of legacy client enrollment process, improving performance and resulting in CPU cost savings of $10,000 annually. Designed and developed proof of concept mobile site using jQuery and Sencha Touch, which secured funding for front-end web 2.0 redesign using EXT JS, JSON, and Spring MVC.
Strengthened security by implementing client device tagging and upgrading Fraud Detection System (Symantec FDS), which inspects over 120,000 daily login transactions. Became subject matter expert on Open Financial Exchange (OFX) implementation within two months of institutional knowledge loss due to employee attrition.
One of eight college graduates chosen nationwide. Promoted to lead developer to retire legacy E-Lert messaging system. Designed replacement messaging system, Online Mailbox, which improved performance of email delivery five-fold and reduced annual paper statement expenses. System now sends over 800,000 monthly emails.
Awarded in 2007-2008 academic year for outstanding commitment to helping students realize their potential and achieve their goals. Held 1-on-1 weekly tutoring sessions for two undergraduate courses, Intro to Programming and Object Oriented Programming, 35 students over seven semesters.
