About

I'm a growth leader. I build organizations — and I'm at my best building them from the ground up. Growth, to me, is the whole stack, not just a pipeline number. It's finding and hiring the talented people who do the work, opening and closing business, running capture, and building the marketing, brand, and event presence that makes a company known in its market. I've owned all of it. I'm especially strong in the 0→10 phase — standing something up from scratch, landing the first wins, and assembling the team and the motion that turn a good idea into a real business. I've also done the 10→100 work: taking an established motion and scaling it into something repeatable. What makes me an unusual growth leader for this market is where I came from. I started as an enlisted Force Reconnaissance Marine, commissioned as a U.S. Army Special Forces officer, and later served as Director / Deputy Director of the AI Division in the Force Modernization Center at U.S. Army Special Operations Command — where I authored the command's first enterprise AI strategy and architected its cloud-based AI landing zone (AWS, RMF, ATO). So when I grow a business in the special operations and broader defense community, I do it as a peer. I can hold the mission conversation and the technical conversation myself — the seam most growth and BD leaders can't cover. That rigor isn't just operational. My graduate research at the Naval Postgraduate School applied quantitative modeling to one of the hardest questions in irregular warfare, and I hold an MS in Data Science from Northwestern. I bring a data-driven discipline to growth decisions, not just instinct. Today I lead Growth & Strategy for LMI's Robotics & Autonomous Systems business, focused on the SOF market — owning the full growth engine and connecting the people who own the mission with the autonomy, AI, and data capability that supports it. Always glad to connect with people working at the intersection of special operations, autonomy/AI, and growth.
