Responsible for reconciliation, break resolution, and cash forecasting for large institutional clients with a total market value up to $250 Billion. Responsible for oversight & quality control of investment accounting data. Interact with high-level corporate and institutional clients requiring advanced interpersonal, communication, presentation, and reporting skills. Assist clients with daily inquiries, issues, and leading client meetings. Department SME on Excel macros, complex derivative instruments, process improvement, and recon, accounting, and forecasting software. Identify critical risks, propose solutions, & implement changes quickly. Monitor & train analysts on the reconciliation and forecasting processes. Leadership, management, and implementation of multiple complex transformational projects simultaneously (6-12 projects at a time). Work closely with other departments and regions on ongoing projects. Client service champion responsible for oversight and training of client interactions for all employees at the Denver location
Supervise manufacturing facility producing 30,000 products daily. Utilize SAP & Excel to forecast & create the daily manufacturing schedule. Review forecasted demand, report capacity and labor issues, and make recommendations on the production schedule to senior management. Analyze & recommend SKU rationalization to improve operating metrics. Lead meetings, resolve daily issues, & support continuous improvement. Knowledge and management of injection, blow, thermal, and extrusion plastic, metal part processing, and final assembly. Trained in and responsible for Lean, 5S, 6M’s, TPM’s, and kaizen events. Responsible for exceeding KPI targets (successfully improved KPI's).
Teaching and instruction of pre-K through high school students. Managing groups of up to 30 & motivating students to improve.
