- Lead customer acquisition marketing campaigns across social, display, affiliate, and search channels for 4 brands. - Manage and provide tactical guidance and strategy for the following departments: - Customer Acquisition Marketing/Design - Brand Marketing - Online Video - Visual Merchandising - Optimize paid traffic through creative and funnel testing. - Provide creative vision for customer acquisition campaigns - Work with a cross functional team - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Optimization of all creative in order to achieve business targets and KPI’s
Oversee day-to-day marketing efforts and initiatives by effectively managing merchandising and promotional activities, with a strong focus on Acquisition marketing. My responsibilities include: - Analyzing content assets and align to strategic business goals. - Ideate and oversee new content development - Manage the acquisition funnel post click (Landing pages, Quiz, Registration page) - Evaluate content for relevance, value and quality, leveraging audience insights and the customer experience - Conduct A/B landing page testing (Desktop & Mobile) across 3 brands (JustFab, Fabletics, Shoedazzle, and FabKids) - Manage online marketing design team (primary focus customer acquisition)
