Contributed significantly to the production process, and responsible for specific elements delegated by the Producer. This diverse role encompassed development, packaging, raising production finance, supervising the production design team (sets, costumes, etc.), supervising post-production, or co-ordinating the work of the various visual effects companies. In fact, carrying out any production work that the Producer is too busy to supervise personally, and which is not covered by one of the other production roles. Troubleshoot any production difficulties or problems that come within the area of responsibility.
Responsible for conducting the "fact-finding" interview for New Loan Accounts. This is to determine the borrowers financial situation. This includes collecting credit information and conducting income verification. Responsibilities also includes conducting adequate research to determine the most suitable loans that meet the clients' needs. Consulted with clients to shortlist the most suitable loans. Then apply for loan pre-approval on behalf of the client, to lenders. Ensuring that the clients' loan application is complete in all respects. This requires compiling all the required paperwork such as pay stubs, tax information, credit history and bank statements.
