About

As a curious, people-oriented leader, I naturally gravitate towards building strong teams to surmount challenges that defy easy solutions. My educational background as a Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) student challenges me to approach problems from an interdisciplinary perspective, interrogating axioms we "know as true", and to constantly think and rethink the way we conceptualise problems. Coupled with my extensive experience cultivated through spending more time in extracurricular and working world experiences than in the classroom (some say I'm only a part-time student), I have built up a solid background in crucial soft and hard skills needed to drive a team to achieve successful outcomes. These skills are highly applicable in workplace settings and I have engaged in negotiation, human resources management, client acquisition and management, as well as networking and creating meaningful partnerships. I have managed teams that were dysfunctional at the beginning, attempting to overcome nebulous objectives, and successfully turned the tide by acting as a strong but compassionate leader, and providing clear direction to chip away at problems bit by bit. I am a person guided by passion, and work tirelessly to achieve the desired outcome, because I am intrinsically guided by the notion that what we do on an individual level matters, even if we alone create small impact. Look no further than to me if you're searching for an individual who you can trust to tackle difficult and ill-defined problems and is eager to exhaust every means at their disposal to solve these problems!
