Effectively managed the delivery of the LiveSmart BC Efficiency Assistance Program (LEAP), and secured a partnership with BC Hydro via tender process for the Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP). Seconded to Ireland to lead business development and project management activities which resulted in the development of an energy-efficiency products and services partnership between Carillion Energy Services – Ireland and NIE Energy. Led the design and delivery of Carillion Energy Services – Ireland’s contribution towards Northern Ireland’s first ‘smart meter’ research project, which aimed to assess participant engagement and potential obstacles to switching across to a new metering technology.
