Rebuilding and managing China Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business for Brick & Mortar owned retail and E-commerce channels,Full P&L responsibility for DTC overall business,supports retail operations for wholesale business development. Oversees functions of Retail Development, Retail Operation, omni channel Merchandising/planning and allocation,Retail Marketing, Retail Training, Visual Merchandising and E-commerce,digital marketing. - Lead to Define and Develop a Forward-looking Competitive Retail Strategy to lead develop, formulate a forward looking and competitive omni strategy, supported by clear channel development roadmap and executable retail operation plan. Provide direction and vision to profitably grow New Balance business in owned and operated channels. - Provide direction and vision to build consistent and advanced store experiences to targeted consumers across all channels (Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce) and build customer brand loyalty. Evaluate the marketplace to gain sophisticated consumer insights, market trends and most up to date consumer experience related technologies. Be the main architect behind forward-looking store concepts to stay competitive and offer unique experiences to target consumers. - Lead to revamp E-commerce business positioning and operation, shape the consumer experience with concrete product assortment, Re-invest in FULL link digital marketing out of the platform,and create unified own media with integrating CRM system, NB.com, Omni channels and social commerce. - Develop and direct the implementation of effective retail and E-commerce plans within budget. Set priorities in China to achieve the brand long term goals – to become the Top 3 global athletic brand and the world’s best running brand through omni channel. - Manage the product assortment plan, drive the MFE , MFO and SMU program to ensure channel and category advantages within plans that will contribute the business’ goals.
