Site Manager/System Manager(Siemens Mobility GmbH) TYGL(Taoyuan Green Line CBTC) & TTY-E(Taoyuan Airport MRT Extension) • Responsible for all aspects of the design phase of OCS(Operation Control System)(Including ATS, ATC, DCS/RCS and IXL(Signals, Point machines, Axle counters)). • Including Contract, ECR/ECP/EOT(Engineering Change Request/Engineering Change Proposal/Extension of Time), Schedule, Interface, Payment, CDSCS(Contract Data Submission Control Sheet), Documents, ICDs, CSD/SEM, BIM(Building Information Modeling), QA, Cyber Security, Risk, Configuration Management, RAMs, V&V and Procurement. • Support all relevant tests for TTY-E project, including (IXL) testing between old and new systems, train dynamic testing (ATC), (ATS) testing between old and new, and external subsystems interface testing, etc. •Managed the installation supplier, relevant costs and relevant site works.
• The coordination of all testing activity with customer/consultant/subcontractor/civil and all subsystems during the testing schedule by the contract milestone. • Monitored and operated Signalling and Power remote terminal by VHMI, ATS and SCADA, to assist train dynamic test and the other relate testing activities in OCC. • To manage a team (TCO), Manpower distribution, arranged usage of Trains, Safety Control, and Test Schedule. • Assisted Sub-systems to complete Train Carbone Test, Signalling Dynamic Test, Interface Test, Power Test, Track work, Platform Screen Door, SCADA, COM, PIDS, DEQ and other system tests. • Training and Supporting TRTC to handle the system, and after the operating, perform the RAMS to analysis and record operation information.
• Business trip to Siemens HK for MCS(Main Control System), controlled the process of testing and assigned work to the team that from different country employees, let the system can be completed and then achieve each milestone on time. • Training Clients (TTYMRT) in UK. • Make and revise SIG procedures, drawings and operating/maintenance manuals. • Lead to resolve the defect reports from MRB and communication with MRB or Clients. • Lead ATC team to do Set to work testing and functional testing • Execute ATC, RTS, ATS, System Updating, setting, Testing, Troubleshooting and Maintenance • Training Clients and Customers about all of SIG system and solve their problems. • Warranty and Maintenance of RTS transmission, ATS network, ATC and Surelock. • Work with Commercial team to organize and collect information. • Support ATS, RTS, WESTRACE, SURELOCK, Track Circuit System and Axle Counter set to work, functional tests. • Wayside, SER, OCC and EMU equipment installation • Track circuit validation tests, bonding plan checking • SIG Equipment Warranty and maintenance.
