Castle Expansion (Opening date – Nov-2020): • Managing civil engineering consultant for the design development for IFC stage. • Site coordination with Construction Management team for the Enabling works package and Main construction contract and provide technical support for the construction. • Adopting BIM as the primary tool for design development and coordination among various stakeholders including various engineering discipline leads, Area Development Lead, Architectural Lead, Operation, Construction Management, Project Manager, etc. Arendelle (Opening date – Nov-2023): • Managing civil engineering consultant for the design development from 30% to IFC stage, construction supervision and technical support for the expansion project. • Adopting BIM as the primary tool for design development and coordination among various stakeholders including various engineering discipline leads, Area Development Lead, Architectural Lead, Operation, Construction Management, Project Manager, etc. • Provide technical support, resolve site issues and site supervision during the construction stage for the main reinforced concrete structure of Building #126 Oaken’s Cabin, Rockworks steels (primary and secondary) for Zone G1 to M, Rockworks chips installation. Project Apex: • Managing civil engineering consultant for the advance works including demolition works for the existing building and the associated existing utilities. Liaise with the consultant to define scope of ground investigation based on the concept design of the proposed attraction. • Liaise with the Contractor to resolve site issues. • Managing specialist consultant to formulate a scheme for driving piles in UXO (Unexploded Ordnance) zone by risk assessment.
